Our DIY Pick-Up is our most popular and cost-effective option, perfect for those who prefer to manage their own transport and timeline directly from our warehouse. For those who want to avoid the heavy lifting, we offer a Professional Delivery service that brings the infrastructure to your doorstep. Finally, for a completely hands-off experience, our On-Site Setup and Teardown service ensures that every table, chair, and tent is positioned perfectly by our expert crew. From intimate backyard celebrations to large-scale community events, we are here to bridge the gap between your vision and the final execution, giving you the freedom to choose the level of support that’s right for you.

The Budget Choice: Warehouse Pick-Up & Return

Most of our clients choose to pick up their rentals directly from our warehouse. This is the most cost-effective way to manage your event rentals, giving you total control over your timeline and zero transport fees.

  • Cost: Free

  • Pick-Up/Drop-Off Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Location: 39650 Government Rd, Squamish

  • The Perk: No delivery windows to wait for! You get the gear when you want it and return it when you're done.

  • Pro Tip: Please ensure you bring a vehicle with adequate space. We recommend bringing moving blankets and tie-downs to secure your items during transport.

 

The Premium Choice: Delivery & Retrieval

For those who prefer a hands-off approach, we offer professional delivery and retrieval. Our delivery fees are based on distance and location.

Scheduling

To keep our operations efficient and our rates competitive, Blacksheep Event Rentals manages the delivery schedule. We will coordinate with you the week of your event to provide a delivery window based on our most efficient route for that day.

Want us to do more than just drop it off? Our professional crew can handle the heavy lifting. Setup and teardown services are billed at a flat hourly rate per crew member.

  • Furniture Placement: We’ll set tables and chairs exactly to your provided floor plan.

  • Infrastructure Assembly: We handle tents, stages, and complex builds.

  • The Strike: We return after the event to dismantle and pack everything away.
