Choosing the right tent is the foundation of a successful event. Whether you are hosting a backyard birthday, a corporate gala, or a large-scale wedding, we offer three distinct styles to match your needs, budget, and DIY comfort level.

  • Pop-Up Tents: Perfect for quick shade and small gatherings. These are our most flexible option, designed for easy customer installation.

  • Marquee Tents: A stylish step up, providing a peaked roof aesthetic. These are installed by our professional crew to ensure a perfect fit.

  • Frame Tents: Our most robust option, offering maximum interior space with no center poles. These are installed by our professional crew and are ideal for large-scale events.

Safety First: To ensure a secure setup, all Marquee and Frame tents require a professional site inspection prior to the event. Additionally, please note that while Frame tents include standard ground spiking, Pop-up and Marquee tents require an additional charge for anchoring (spikes or cement weights) to meet safety standards.

Essential Planning Figures

When calculating your needed square footage, remember to account for more than just seating:

  • Dining (Round Tables): 10–12 sq ft per person

  • Dining (Rectangular): 8 sq ft per person

  • Cocktail / Standing: 6 sq ft per person

  • Dance Floor: 12 sq ft per couple

  • Buffet / Bar Area: 100 sq ft per station

Important Rental Notes

  • Anchoring Policy: For Pop-up and Marquee rentals, anchoring is not included in the base price. You must select either ground spikes or cement weights based on your surface type.

  • Surface Type: Standard spiking is included for Frame Tents on grass. If installing on concrete or asphalt where spiking isn't possible, 250 lb cement weight blocks are available for $70.00 each.

  • Customization: We offer clear and solid roof panels, solid and window walls, and gutter systems to join multiple tents together.

  • Lighting: Our Starry night package and Edison bulb lights are available for install by our crew.

Anchoring & Safety

Safety is our top priority. If your event is in a high-wind location, or if underground utilities and irrigation systems prevent the use of stakes, we offer specialized anchoring solutions. We provide both heavy-duty ground spikes and professional-grade cement weights to ensure your tent remains secure on any surface.

Which Anchor Do I Need?

  • On Grass: We recommend Stake/Spike Anchoring. (Note: Please ensure no underground irrigation is present).

  • On Concrete/Asphalt: Cement Weight Blocks are required as we cannot drill into the hard surface.

  • High Wind Areas: If your event is in an open field or near the water, additional weighting may be required for safety.
